[FIX] mass_mailing_sms: change label from 'Subject' to 'Title'

Before this commit:
The label for the `sms_subject` field incorrectly displayed as 'Subject,' which
was misleading as SMS messages do not have a subject like emails.

After this commit:
The label has been changed to 'Title' which is appropriate for SMS
