[FIX] l10n_in: invoice col length kept same

If there is less than 5 invoices lines, {5 - number of invoice line}
empty invoice line are added as padding.

But these line could have a different number of column than the content,
thus the style could differ slightly or more erroneously if there was
background color depending on column number such as on the boxed style
layout.
