[FIX] base, web, website: force phone number in ltr

Browse Source 
Display your website in Right To Left
Go see the phone number of the company
Make that number in the form
```
123[space]456[space]789
```

Before this commit, the blocks of that number were inverted
(intra-group order did not change)
Leaving us with
```
789[space]456[space]123
```

After this commit, we introduce a little class to force Left To Right
display
