[FIX] web: status_indicator: 'unable to save' not aligned

Before this commit, the warning message was below the buttons.

Steps to reproduce:
- Accounting -> Configuration -> Payment Providers
- Select one of them (e.g. Stripe)
- Change the state to 'Test Mode'
- Try to save
