[FIX] account: Fix demo data for matching rules

Fix a bug introduced by:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/4b23d11184be9bac5ef9790cc7f38bc4d637b47a

Since this commit, the matching rules's regex "BRT: ([\d,]+)" that was matching "BRT: 100,00" is no longer matching "BRT: $ 96.67".
