[FIX] stock: show uom only when multi uom is activated

before this commit, in the storage categories form view, the product uom is shown even if the multi uom feature is not activated in the settings.

  * from inventory settings, enable storage categories
  * inventory -> configuration -> warehouse management -> storage categories

after this commit, the uom will be shown only when multi uom is activated in storage categories view.

closes odoo/odoo#110327
