[FIX] account: fix account domain leaf issue

Issue:
- clicking on various account field gives traceback because
of invalid domain.

Cause:
- https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/105131 PR remove a leaf
from account domain but forgot to remove '&' operator.

Fix:
- removes '&' operator from account domain.
