[FIX] survey: fix timer position

Purpose
=======

When switching from questions to questions, if the next question's content
takes more or less vertical space than previous question, the timer moves
because the whole screen content adapts to the question size.

Specifications
==============

Set the timer at the upper right of the screen.
So that it won't move at each question change, no matter the question size.
