[FIX] web: fix the display of one line warning

Warning message without breakline were not displayed correctly using pre tag. Related to https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/32132 and https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/35209 Part of https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/35342 task-2047628
