[FIX] snailmail: send the contact_address

Before this commit, the param contact_address was not sent to the service. However, the service need it to correctly send the letter if the format is wrong. OPW-1981168 closes odoo/odoo#33855 Signed-off-by: Pierre Rousseau (pro) <pro@odoo.com>
