[FIX] mass_mailing: position tour tooltip so it doesn't overflow body

One of `mass_mailing_tour`'s tooltips was overflowing the body and causing a horizontal scrollbar. This repositions it so that doesn't happen. X-original-commit: 4e2ccb51991cbe4428f084f333c57b78851f73b0 Part-of: odoo/odoo#102734
