[FIX] project_mrp: remove gantt view from action_view_workorder action

Prior to this commit:

    * The `action_view_workorder` was wrongly returning a view_mode containing
      the gantt view, which is part of enterprise.

After this commit:

    * The `action_view_workorder` will return a community valid view_mode.

closes #79785
