[IMP] sale_stock: Show warehouse on SO only if user has rights for multi warehouses

Purpose of this commit:
Currently warehouse is showing in sale order even if user has no rights for multi warehouses.
After this commit:
User can access warehouse on sale order even if we have enabled multiple warehouses.

This commit is related to task_id  : 1896087.

closes odoo/odoo#28021
