[FIX] mail: display 💔 in messages

The emoji was displayed in the list of choice but was not correctly rendered when sent to the server. Similar to 0e3d5941da but for broken heart closes odoo/odoo#35367 Signed-off-by: Martin Trigaux (mat) <mat@odoo.com>
