[FIX] web: improve barcode scanner for iOS (Safari)

This commit forces the video element to take all the space available.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open the barcode APP (on iOS device)
* Click on "Tap to scan"
* On iOS the video element doesn't take all space => BUG
