[IMP] website_sale: remove dependency on jQuery UI Effects

This commit replaces the usage of jQuery UI Effects "Expo" by the
default jQuery effect (aka. "swing"), but shorter to keep a similar
"punchy" feeling when adding a product to the shopping cart.

Note: this will allow to remove jQuery UI Effects in a follow-up commit.
