[FIX] hr_timesheet: fix the project sharing traceback

Steps:
- install hr_timehseet module
- Share any project
- Go to the portal and open the project.

Issue:
currently,timesheet_uom service is not added in project webclient so
service not found.

Fix:
In this commit, we have added timesheet_uom services in project webclient.
