[FIX] hr_holidays: make online plane im status visible

Before this commit, the online plane icon when the user is
on leave had the same color as background. As a result, the
plane icon was not visible.

This commit fixes the issue by adding the missing `text-primary`
classname, which adds the green color to state "online".
