[FIX] stock : Put In Pack button

Main changes:
    Change the style and postion of the Put In Pack Button on the
    stock.picking form view
Before:
    Button is aligned on the left and has the style primary
After:
    Button is aligned on the right and has the style secondary

closes odoo/odoo#140430
