[FIX] web: checked menu item in dropdown align on the right

Since [1], when a filter dropdown menu is active a check icon is shown but it's
positioned over the carret of the dropdown sub-menu (e.g. a date field).

After this commit, the CSS rules for [1] are excluded when it's a
`o_menu_item` (OWL) to target only Bootstrap dropdown.

Steps to reproduce:
* Open the Sales app
* Filter by the `Create Date` and select a sub option
=> BUG the check sign is on the right
