[FIX] hr_skills: Page name already exist

Steps:
- In employee form
- Open studio
- Remove "Work Information" tab

Actual result:
- Traceback due to invalid xpath expression
- Invalid xpath due to duplicated name for a node

Expected result
- Tab is removed without traceback
