[REM] note: remove module note

note app has been removed in this commit: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/767dd420e62c3c6f0c536de551569050687519ea

and later the directory has been introduced in this commit:
https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/30300c373ad1c63a6cf8b035cae0785a09c6933f

after this commit, unused directory will be removed

closes odoo/odoo#133101
