[FIX] delivery : set max-width of tracking # col

If the tracking number in the transfers is lengthy in terms of characters. The column will move to the left and take the space of other columns, resulting in a very bad layout. This is because Wkhtmltopdf does not handle the flexbox properly and and a max width had to be set.

1. Create a transfer with a delivery method.
2. Add a lot of characters in the tracking reference field.
3. Print the delivery slip.

Current Behaviour:
The tracking reference field does not respect the boundaries of other columns are take over their space.

Expected Behaviour:
The columns should keep a decent space to for the other column values.
