[IMP] mail, *: introduce public livechat bundle
*: hr, im_livechat, snailmail, website_livechat This commit introduces the public livechat bundle, which contains the models that are specifically used in public livechat. Doing so reduces the amount of model and data in frontend and external lib, which makes the page load faster.
