[REF] base: update peruvian currency symbol

- Currency symbol position is set before the amount, not after - Since last month 2015 (see https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sol_(moneda_del_Per%C3%BA) ) the currency passed from S/. to S/ (without the dot) Closes #14370
