[FIX] point_of_sale: add menu taxes to POS

When only point_of sale module is installed, it is impossible to modify existing taxes because the One2many tags widget doesn't allow to open the taxes and edit them. So we add a menu item allowing to modify them. It is needed if we want to set a tax included in the price.
