[FIX] product: prevent modifying variant attributes

On the product_normal_form_view to be consistent with the product_variant_easy_edit_view view. product.attribute.value values should not be modified from the product view but using the variant configuration from the product Consistent with what was wanted at a4d88c9efd Closes #23298
