[IMP] hr_timesheet: Change the default group by on the timesheet.

Before this commit,
- In menu 'all timesheet', the group by was project > employee and
in menu reporting 'timesheet by Project' group by was project > employee

So after this commit, change the default groupby on those menu as:
- In 'all timesheet' menu group by: Employee > Project
- In 'reporting by Project' menu group by: Project only
