[FIX] crm: allow (again) phone widget to display SMS sending icon

Phone widget enabling SMS capabilities on lead / opportunities form views
seems to be lost. Option of this widget has probably be removed by mistake
when merging lead and opportunity views.

Task 2060220 (testing SMS integration)

closes odoo/odoo#36404
