[IMP] website_event: minor UI cleanup

Browse Source 
Remove ugly (light green) backgound color and use default white
2 questions per row, it was crowded to register multiple participants
Less vertical paddings on multiple tickets
UI buttons of registration dialog: both on same side

closes odoo/odoo#129863
