[FIX] hr_holidays: remove border-radius from alerts in discuss

Before this commit, due to milk changes, when a user was out of the
office, an alert box with a border-radius was displayed at the top of
the chat. This border-radius needed to be removed.

This commit effectively resolves this issue.
