[FIX] web: ListView selection and action icons

Prior to this commit, there was a missing padding on  the
`o_list_selection_box`.

=== ISSUE 2 ===
On mobile, Cog and Print icons had no margin and were stick next to
their label.

This commit fixes these issues.
