[FIX] pos, survey: wrong usage of col & row bootstrap classes

This commit fixes some wrong usage of the bootstrap class `col` & `row`:

- POS:    Missing the child `col` on `row` parent;
- Survey: Using the class `col` to center the node on the parent div;

closes odoo/odoo#101046
