[FIX] test_main_flows: mobile: use the search view to find the customer

The main flow tour has been disabled in error by the runbot team.
Unfortunately, some issue occured after after its reactivation
on the runbot.
This is probably due because some data has been added and the
customer no longer appears in the suggestions.

To fix this, we open the search view to find it.
