[FIX] sale: allow the uninstallation of sale

Commit 1da63f0ab0 removed the uninstall_hook defined in sale/__init__.py but forgot to remove it from the __manifest__.py, resulting in a traceback when uninstalling the `sale` module. closes odoo/odoo#32804 Signed-off-by: Raphael Collet (rco) <rco@openerp.com>
