[FIX] web: restore pointer cursor for all buttons
Since the update to Bootstrap 4.3.1 made with commit https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/4697d7448010376397f7150b84c207978ab3010e, the pointer cursor is not automatically added on elements with the 'btn' class but only on <button> elements. This is a strange undocumented decision as the 'btn' class can be used anywhere, especially on <label> elements for their checkbox and radio button components as documented: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.3/components/buttons/#checkbox-and-radio-buttons This commit reenables the pointer cursor for all non disabled elements with the 'btn' class. closes odoo/odoo#33505 Signed-off-by: Quentin Smetz (qsm) <qsm@odoo.com>
