[IMP]base: improve ir.actions view form naming

This is a preliminary work for task 2088171 that will improve server action creation usability in marketing automation. When creating a marketing automation activity, one can choose to trigger a server action. This task aims at improving a the usability of this option for non-technical users as well as cleaning the view a bit (because so far we display the standard server action form view). closes odoo/odoo#38922 Signed-off-by: Thibault Delavallee (tde) <tde@openerp.com>
