[FIX] project_todo: add actions to the project todo list views

thanks to the following PR: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/131369/files
todo tasks are not considered grouped by M2M when grouped by personnal stage
thus the actions are now available, but still export is missing so we're adding it to the allowed actions
