[IMP] mrp: default prod. tmpl. ids in the context

Add a `default_product_tmpl_ids` in the context on the BOM operations field. The purpose is to have the product set by default when creating a new operation's step. Used by 91e53397812e707611d2f430c7d534e215f8fd4f (enterprise) task-2328830 X-original-commit: 7fe3ce4a1b2c43188b907fdec0553cf995e57bab
