[FIX] website_event_exhibitor: improve display sidebar flag / description columns

SPECIFICATIONS

Currently depending on flag and sponsor type name left- and right- parts of
aside exhibitors may have different sizes. This leads to a stairway-like
display which is kind of ugly.

In this commit we use grid system to force having columns of same width.
