[FIX] web: shortcuts usermenu entry for Mac users

Before this commit:
> The command palette displays a footer tip about shortcut overlays.
> The tip is false for MacOS users.
> They cant see overlays with "ALT" key, they need to press "CONTROL".
> They do not need to do "ALT + CONTROL" in order to trigger a shortcut,
> only "CONTROL" is enough.

After this commit
> The tip is good for MacOS users too.
