[FIX] web: fix layout when banner and search_panel

Before this rev., the layout was broken when a search_panel was used alongside the onboarding banner in a kanban view. Note that this usecase doesn't exist in standard. Closes #31986 closes odoo/odoo#34303 Signed-off-by: VincentSchippefilt <VincentSchippefilt@users.noreply.github.com>
