[FIX] payment_ogone: use correct ECI code

According to Ingenico's documentation, the right transaction origin
(ECI) code to use for recurring transactions is 9.
ECI value 2 is used for recurring MOTO transactions (mail/telephone
orders), which require special authorizations.

Switch to the eCommerce code 9 to make Ingenico subscriptions/contracts
easier to obtain.
