[FIX] website_sale: modifying the shipping area text in the shop

Thanks to this commit: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/e011b465316fe2b6d45e31f99829d26edc01f74e Now it's possible to edit the shipping area text in the shop. opw:1908308 closes odoo/odoo#28732
