[FIX] website_sale_delivery: add the modification of a relay point

Steps to reproduce:
Realize the process checkout flow on ecommerce.
Taking care to have only one shipping method (example Mondial relay).

Issue:
When confirming the order,
it is not possible to choose another parcel point.

Solution:
Make it possible to click on the shipping method
to change the parcel point.

Remark:
It is only possible to confirm the relay point once.
We must reload the page if we want to modify it.
