[FIX] web_editor: use the proper serialize method

Use the method serializeNode of the editor rather than directly the one from utils in order to only serialize when the collaboration is active. closes odoo/odoo#76143 Signed-off-by: David Monjoie (dmo) <dmo@odoo.com>
