[FIX] web: newline on M2O Avatar Field

Since the `Many2OneAvatarField` field was rewritten in OWL component, there is a newline between the image and the input. We apply a `d-flex` on the parent to fix the problem. Steps to reproduce: * Go to Helpdesk * Select a ticket * The field `Assigned to` is on two line => BUG X-original-commit: 1c88a43a4332ea4fa21ae2b04fdb8869300250d8 Part-of: odoo/odoo#101835
