[FIX] crm: do not track the description field

Commit ec35eca7c6 added the tracking on CRM description field.
However the description field changes frequently, making the tracking generate
too much (noise) messages.
Furthermore, the description field tends to be very long, cluttering the chatter
to the point of unusability.
