Julien Mougenot 3a5f94bff5 [FIX] web: Properly support subtemplates in kanban ...

Before this commit, subtemplates in kanban did not share the same
ViewCompiler instance, thus losing the aggregation of the dropdowns.

Now, a single ViewCompiler is used for each KanbanRecord, properly
taking into account dropdowns declared in subtemplates.

closes odoo/odoo#94977
