During the packaging for the src/deb/rpm, only regular package are taken into account. Without an `__init__.py` file, the iap_mail is not packaged and the whole Odoo packaging process is failling. closes odoo/odoo#56260 Signed-off-by: Thibault Delavallee (tde) <tde@openerp.com>
